Our production line is well-organized, and our employees are diligent and proficient in their operations.
During the development stage and before production, we do FEMA analysis, verify the tools and process, for example, crimping micrograph analysis, waterproof test, aging test. During production, we arrange first article assurance, 100% crimping check, 100% soldering check, 100% continuity test, 100% dimensions and appearance inspection.
